Ralph Stephen Davis Jr.

Enrolled Agent

Steve became an enrolled agent (EA) in 1998, started bookkeeping and payroll services in 1999 and helping new clients solve their back tax problems in 2000.  He prepares tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, LLCs, trusts and estates, and state tax returns in all states. Steve, a recognized representation expert, teaches many classes for tax professionals, especially complex tax topics and representation subjects involving taxpayers with IRS and California tax problems.  Steve has an engineering degree from the U S Air Force Academy and an MBA from Golden Gate University.  He is a graduate of the National Tax Practice Institute, the premier education program for taxpayer representatives.  Before becoming a tax professional, Steve was an Air Force F-4 fighter pilot, a Merrill Lynch stockbroker with securities and insurance licenses, and a self-employed merger and acquisition specialist (helping people buy/sell businesses).

Jennifer Rossi Mayer

Bookkeeping/Payroll/Firm Manager

Jennifer’s whole career has been in the tax business, mostly with CPAs.  She is a bookkeeping and payroll expert, with 20 years experience.  She also is the firm’s office manager.

Tanya Jauregui

CRTP (California Registered Tax Preparer)

Tanya has been a California Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP) for 5 years.  She is continually learning different aspects of the tax business, to help her with her goal of becoming an enrolled agent in the next few years.  She also helps with scheduling, scanning and filing.

Renee Melonson

Bookkeeping/Payroll Specialist

Renee has been in the tax business for 24 years.  She was previously a CRTP, but now performs support functions, like client bookkeeping, scheduling, scanning and problem solving.  She is excellent in communicating with our clients.
